The 64 apartments are still under construction and will be ready late summer 2019.

Applications to those who have submitted their interest to apply will be sent by U.S. Mail or email on Monday, May 20th 2019.

Crossing Pointe North is Unison Housing Partners’ newest affordable housing development under construction in Thornton. The 64 rental apartments include 50 one-bedroom and 14 two-bedroom units, and are age and income-restricted. To qualify, the head of household must be 62 years of age or older.
